We are so excited to be invited back to minister to the Christian community in Germany, within the Russian-German church network, this October! Our friend Monica shared this video with us when we asked her to put to words what she felt after our concert last year at her church and the fact we are coming back-

Last year we ministered in churches by singing concerts and we also got to sing at the Bible Seminary in Bonn Germany to the students studying for their degree. And Blake taught a seminar on “Communication Through Music” to attendees interested in pursuing music and concert ministry themselves. This year, in addition to the church and Seminary concerts and teaching a second installment of that seminar to further their skills, Blake and I will be singing at a boarding school for the students and also a new church plant that stemmed from one of the churches we sang at last year. We are excited for the growth they are experiencing! This year, with the refugee crisis situation, we are praying for additional ministry opportunities while we are there, and to also encourage believers to continue loving like Jesus loves! The first full length duet CD with Blake & Jenna Bolerjack is now available.

In spite of Jenna’s cancer diagnosis this past Christmas we were able to create this diverse project, both contributing original songs to the CD. The vocals for this project were recorded in the short weeks between Jenna’s final chemo treatment and major surgery. We have taken great comfort in understanding that no matter what the situation is: “He Knows and He Cares”. We pray you see God in these songs and lyrics and find rest in His plan for your life no matter what comes your way.

Blake & Jenna interviewed by TBN about their cancer journey

Jenna completed her chemo regimen this past Tuesday April 12th. Four months of chemo and we are finally done. She will have major surgery in May but we are blown away with God’s provision in this time. Her body handled the chemo well and the cancer has shrunk to where the mass is not palpable at all, praise God!  Jenna got to ring the bell at the end of her treatment, a sort of “We hope to never see you again” farewell!
